Items must be in their original, unworn condition and postmarked to Covet within 7 days of your order being delivered to you. If your return is postmarked more than 7 days passed your delivery date, we cannot return or exchange your piece.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend you ship your package with tracking.
- Exchanges & store credits are processed within ten (10) business days after receipt of package.
- All sales are final on international / Canadian orders. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages on international or domestic orders. We do not refund or accept exchanges on international / Canadian orders and all custom fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- All discounted or sample sale items are FINAL SALE. This applies to purchases made online, in store, or in person at an event or pop up. This also applies to custom items and jewelry bar creations.
If a piece arrives damaged, we are happy to repair/replace your piece free of charge, but items damaged in transit must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the item. We are also happy to offer free repairs within the first 30 days on jewelry that breaks without force being applied. This includes, clasps, jump rings, earwires, and chain repairs.
While we love helping you keep your jewels in tip-top shape, just a reminder that our repair policy does not cover the “oops” moments. For instance, if a child accidentally pulls it and the chain breaks or you snag it while working out and accidentally break the chain, these accidents are not covered under our free repair policy.
If you did have one of those “oops, I just broke my favorite piece” moments, contact us and we’ll be happy to repair it for a small fee once you let us know what happened.
Also, because everyone has a different chemical balance within their body which affects how various metals wear on your skin, we don’t offer re-plating on our pieces at this time. For more information on how to properly care for your jewelry, please refer to our Jewelry Care Section.
But not all is lost :) We do offer discounted replacement on charms, chains, & pendants This replacement service is available only one time per piece, and is available on pieces within the first 60 days of purchase. You are responsible for mailing the item back to us and we will ship it back to you with FREE shipping. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of your piece for more info on discounted replacement.
