What are your hours?
Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm. Friday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm.
Walk in any time during those hours. Plan your visit.
How do I reach you?

Do I need an appointment for permanent jewelry?
Walk ins are welcome when the studio is free, though booking ahead guarantees your time, especially on weekends and for groups. Book permanent jewelry.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
In stock orders ship in 3 to 5 business days.
If a piece is made to order, we will email you with a new ship date. Full details in our shipping policy.
What shipping methods do you offer?
- Free shipping on all jewelry within the US, no minimum, via USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail, an optional upgrade at checkout
- Goods and decor, shipping calculated at checkout
- Worldwide shipping, with customs and duties paid by the recipient

How will my order arrive?
Jewelry arrives gift wrapped in a small hard-sided box tied with ribbon, ready to give.

Jewelry Care
How should I store my jewelry?
In an airtight container or a sealed bag when you are not wearing it. Keeping air away from the metal protects the finish and extends the life of the piece.
How should I clean my jewelry?
Use a cleaning solution made for that specific metal and follow the instructions on the bottle. A polishing cloth is the gentler option and works well for regular upkeep.
Can I get my jewelry wet?
Avoid it where you can, and never spray perfume directly onto a piece. Put on lotion and perfume first, jewelry last.
If a piece does get wet, dry it as soon as you can so chemicals do not sit against the metal.
Returns & Repairs
What is your return policy?
Store credit or exchange only. We do not refund to the original payment method.
Pieces must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, and postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@covetps.com before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Final sale: discounted and sample sale items, custom pieces including permanent jewelry and charm bar and patch bar creations, and international orders.

What if my permanent jewelry breaks?
Permanent jewelry repairs are $10.
If you are local, come by the boutique and we will re-weld it.
If you are not, contact us at hello@covetps.com, pay a $10 Shopify invoice, and mail us the chain. We add a gold filled clasp and mail it back. The fee covers return shipping.
